  • All instructions received before 14:00 are processed on the same day.
  • The turnaround time for online queries is 48 hours.
  • Request for statements will take up to an hour to be processed.
  • The cut-off time for bulk investors is 14:00.

Phishing is an online scam where Internet fraudsters send spam or pop-up messages claiming to be from Momentum Collective Investments, in order to obtain sensitive information from unsuspecting victims. These messages direct you to a bogus website and will request sensitive information, which criminals can use to access your account and transact using your identity.
